The Letter House

The Letter House is a meeting place that combines social participation with the poetics of protest. Bring your favourite nature words and deposit them in our poetry bank or let them loose in a letter. Plant your words and see how they grow in the streets of Berry.

Nature Banners Project:

Felt your way to plant poetics! The Scrub Collective invites you to create nature banners for the streets of Berry. Make a unique plant poem through random word selection, then transform your text into a striking banner that will join others throughout town.

Climate Letter Writing Workshops:

The Scrub Collective is hosting the Climate Writers for two informative sessions on effective political communication. Learn practical techniques for crafting compelling letters that advocate for meaningful climate action. Bring your laptop and join others—no previous experience required!
